CLAUSE 15: MOVEMENT OF CARGO IN OR FROM A VESSEL

When a vessel desires to land cargo temporarily for later
re-loading prior permission of Management must be obtained
When such permission has been obtained the following
charges shall apply:-

(a) If the wharf is used per tonne or part thereof
cargo deposited per 24 hours or part thereof 1
(b) If a port vehicle is used per 24 hours or part thereof 9
(when available)
(c) Handling unpacked motor vehicles on two weeks:
Per vehicle upto 5 deadweight tons for each
additional D/W tons or part thereof 9
(d) If the cargo has to be landed ex-lighter, charges
as appropriate shall be raised under sub-items (a), (b) and ( c ) above.

If any cargo is landed under the provisions of this Clause without
the prior permission of Management, charges as for
"Trans-shipment" as defined in Clause 14-2-B 1 (ii) (and over
Landed cargo) shall be raised.
