CLAUSE 15: MOVEMENT OF CARGO IN OR FROM A
VESSEL |

When a vessel desires to land cargo temporarily
for later |

|
|
re-loading prior permission of Management must
be obtained |
|
|
|
|
When such permission has been obtained the
following |
|
|
|
|
charges shall apply:- |
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

(a) If the wharf is used per tonne or part

If any cargo is landed under the provisions of
this Clause without |

|
|
the prior permission of Management, charges as

"Trans-shipment" as defined in Clause 14-2-B 1
(ii) (and over |

|
|
Landed cargo) shall be raised. |

|

|
