CLAUSE 23: PRIVATE MOORING BUOYS

Management may grant permission for laying Private Mooring Buoys for private use. The fees payable on such Private Mooring Buoys shall be as follows:-

1. For craft engaged in commercial activities

                                                                              US$

(i) Buoys of ships, lighters and               25.00

tugs, for each buoy and its

mooring, per calendar month

(ii) Buoys for motor and other boats             7.00

over 10 metres L.O., for each

buoys and its moorings, per Calendar

month

(iii) Buoys for motor and other boats,             4.00

under 10 metres, L.O., for each

buoy and its moorings, per calendar month

2. For private boats and yatchs used solely 7.00

for pleasure; for each buoy and its

mooring per calendar year

Note:

(a) No private moorings are to be laid or removed without specific permission from Management.

(b) Mooring Buoys for Police Boats, Customs Boats and Government owned boats, not engaged in trading, shall be exempted from payment of fees prescribed above.
