CLAUSE 44: THE GRAIN TERMINAL SERVICES
1. The Grain Terminal shall provide
services enumerated below and a charge at the rates provided shall be levied:

(g) Hire charge for Tipping Trucks for
Shore transfer from/to the Silo 2.00
3. Transit Services
(a) Shore Handling 3.50
(b) Bagging Bulk Cargo (at Silo) 8.00
(c) Intake/Out-take of Grain 4.00
(d) Recirculation of Grain 1.00
(e) Aeration of Grain 0.50
(f) Fumigation 1.00
(g) Hire charge for Tipping Trucks for
shore Transfer from/to the Silo 2.00

4. Storage at the Grain Terminal
(a) Import Domestic Storage
(i) A free storage period allowed 10 days
(ii) The next 30 days per HTN/day 1.00
(iii) Thereafter until delivery per
HTN/day 1.50

(ii) For the next 30 days per HTN/

(iii) Thereafter until delivery per
HTN/day 1.50
(c) Export Domestic Storage
(i) a cushion stock of 5,000 tonnes
will be stored free, provided
that
(a) the cargo has been nominated for
shipment
(b) the shipper has a quantity of at
least 10,000 tonnes 0.50

(ii) quantities in excess of 5,000
Tonnes shall attract storage at

(d) Export Transit Storage
(i) a cushion stock of 5,000 tonnes
will be stored free, provided
that:
(a) the cargo has been nominated for
shipment
(b) the shipper has a quantity of at
least 10,000 tonnes
(ii) quantities in excess of 5,000 0.15
tonnes shall attract storage at
the rate of (per HTN/day)
5. Contract Rates
Management shall enter into agreement
with users who may wish to use the
Grain Terminal for storage not associated
with shipment (e.g. Food Reserve), Rate on application
subject to availability of space.
