This is the customer area, this areas allows users to submit enquiries / complaints as well track the status of the enquiry / complaint.
To submit an Enquiry / Complaint
In case you are submitting an enquiry / complaint for the first time: From the menu on the right select submit Enquiry / Complaint. This will load a form that you must fill in and click on submit. Once you submit your enquiry / complaint, you will receive an email with your username and password. This username / password will allow you to track the status of your enquiry / complaint.
In case you have already submitted any enquiry / complaint before: You have to login using the login form on the right, then submit any enquiry / complaint.
To Track Status of your Enquiry / Complaint
Login using the login form on the right using the username and password that you have received in your email at the time of submitting your enquiry / complaint. Once logged in you will see a menu item My Enquiries / Complaints, click on this to view all your enquiries / complaints, select the one which you want to track and you will be able to see its current status.
