Instructions :
Please open the document by double clicking when prompted for username
and password click Cancel. Alternatively download the document (right
click the link, then click Save Target As and save in your local drive),
then open the file using MS Word from your local drive.
Some documents are in Acrobat .PDF format; Hence you will need to
